Since Google Pandalizes the site in proper basis which means your site gets negative impact in Google Panda Update if you match all the characters that a site needs to get pandalized. So in order to get rid, you must First know what those characters are which you can know how You can get Pandalized.
After you know this, you will need to eliminate all these by First of all reducing bounce rate in your Site. Bounce rate is rate at which your Visitors gets away from your site after viewing just one page in your site. You also need to place long and better contents as people need to stay at your site as much as possible in order you need to get dePandalized.
You also need to eliminate any other character you have that compels Google to get your site punished.

i see that your site also have very short contents say less than 200 words or so ?? will that be an issue
@Rajendra: Its true that short articles may pandalize you but there are many other factors too that depends. Google only pandalizes if the site is scam for which it must match many other factors too. No doubt small articles can also be genuine one and Google's panda update has very reasonable algorithms. So nothing to worry about.
i think that also suppose to mean the more content you have the more chances you have of not being pandalized.
