First you need to have a list of high PR blog list that are dofollow. Either get the list I collected Great Lists of high Dofollow blogs or know how to Search Dofollow Blogs in Google. After you collect the list, you will need to find the blog posts in those blogs with high Page rank and make genuine comments there which will provide you a strong backlink. To find the high Page rank backlink, install seoquake plugin in Firefox web browser which is an ideal tool. Then you can Google search this way site:domainname.com which shows the list of pages with backlinks. Choose the posts with high back links and then comment. This helps you to provide good valued backlinks. Also you can comment in new fresh blog posts in those high PR blogs because those blog posts will get good page Rank in Future.

Additionally you can write in many blogs for guest post. This helps you provide good backlink,traffic and proper reputation in blogging network.
